Ingredients

  • 1 cups recp of dal makhni :kali urad dal


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 piece ginger piece chopped


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 tbsp chhok


  • 1 tsp garlic,green chilli paste


  • 3 nos grated tomato


  • 1 pinch dry masale-salt as per taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1 cups rawa tart : rawa


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cups water as needed


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1 pinch yellow food colour

Directions

  • Pan me butter dale ginger green chilli paste dalker pink hone per tomato dale and dry masale.

  • Rawa tart : Sabko mix kerke tight dough bana le
  • iske chhote chhote balls bana le
  • In balls ki chhoti puri bele
  • Tart mold me dalker folk se hole kare
  • Garam tel me tal le
  • Serve:Tart me taiyar dal dale uper se grated cheese and hara dhaniya dalker serve kare
  • Chopped onion bhi dal sakte hai.
